4. SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the corresponding consent box(es) on our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from PIN ACCELERATOR LLC. Two types of messaging programs are available, each requiring separate consent:
- Marketing/Promotional SMS: messages including special offers, discounts, new product updates, and event notifications.
- Transactional SMS: messages related to your account, services, or communications you have requested, including appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications.
The following terms apply to both programs:
- Consent: You will only receive SMS messages after you have voluntarily given your consent by checking the corresponding box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our forms.
- Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at suport@pin-ecom.com.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Payments and Refunds
Where the Services include paid programs or products, prices, payment terms, and any applicable refund conditions are communicated at the time of purchase.

All content made available through the Services (including text, videos, graphics, logos, training materials, and software) is owned by or licensed to PIN ACCELERATOR LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
